Rental Rates

  • Mid-Week (Mon-Thu) 2 hour minimum $180 (Additional Hours $90/hr)
  • Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) 2 hour minimum $200 (Additional Hours $100/hr)
  • Set up, take down, and clean up $75
  • Catering provided by our sister property The Historic Anchor Inn (Call for rates)
  • Kitchen Use (including plates, glass wear, equipment) $100.00
  • Additional kitchen clean up when outside food is served $50
  • Full Day (8 hr) bookings receive 10% off
